Polyester punched felt is manufactured through heat treatment and other process method and by adopting non-woven punch technology. Polyester punched felt is widely used in the field of dust collection and control, etc. It has good air permeability, smooth surface and is unsusceptible to deformation and easy to remove dust.
Polyester punched felt has the property of water repellent after hydrophobic and oil resistance treatment. Therefore when applied in removal of dust with high humidity or little oil it can prevent the occurrence of sticking bags, thus extending service life.
Coated Polyester punched felt is surfaced with a layer of PTEE film, having the features of surface smoothness, hydrophobic, air permeability, easy dust collection, high filter efficiency, low dynamic resistance, small energy consumption and long service life, thus truly realizing the surface filtration.
