Pulse valve(also called diaphragm valve)is the "switch" for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system of the pulse bag filter. Controlled by the output signals of the pulse control device, it makes dust clean to the filter bags cell by cell to keep the resistance of the bag house within the sec range and thus guarantee the processing functions and the dust-collecting efficiency of the bag house dust collector

INSTALL AND APPLICATION
1.controlled by the solenoid valve integrated remote control box.
2. Inlet port of the pulse valve connect with the air container, Outlet connect with dust blowing pipe, it can be metal pipe connections, also can be pressure pipe fasten with clamps.
3. Note: the air container need the capacity to supply steady air source, inside of the air container should be clean enough without any sundries such as rust. The pipe should be upright, same height, no leaking with the air container, and air container need to meet safety requirement.
4. Working pressure have to control from 0.2 to 0.6Mpa, and steadily.
Normally 2 ways to control the pulse valve, Controlled by the DMK pulse controller or just use air control pulse valve
Working Principle
Pulse valve parts including pilot, diaphragm, coil and valve body.
The diaphragm keep close because of air pressure balance.
Pulse timer send input signals so that the the coil make armature attracted and moving. Balance lost and balancing hole to release the pressure air in the back cavity of diaphragm quickly; the pressure air in the front cavity holds up the diaphragm to open the passage and the valve start one time jet.
When the pulse signal disappears and the spring push the armature works immediately to resume the position, balancing hole been closed. Balance resumed in both cavity, so the valve stop jet.
