Description: It will create the water or oil membrane on the surface of powder to increase the cohesion, but it will make the dust removal more difficult. Considering this, ordinary felt has to adapt the special treatment to improve the working efficiency. In recent years, our company treats the polyester felt, polypropylene felt, anti-static felt, and Aramid felt with the active fluoride. Each type of felt has obtained the ideal water and oil repellent effect. Not only the result achieves the national standard, but also the original appearances are all well kept. The reaction will change the water and oil affinity of the fiber; Reduce the surface tension of filter material, until it becomes smaller than the surface tension of water and oil. In this way, we get water and oil repellent felt. Production process: Shredding --- combing --- Lapping ---pre-needle punching---needle punching --- calendering--- dipping in the treatment fluid--- curing --- heat setting --- finished product.

Standard length: Up to 500 m (1650 ft. )
Material Structure: High tencity polyester yarn, circular woven in plain weave, one side polyurethane-coating, for maximumair permeability on the uncoated side, specially designed for good air transport.
4. Needle punched non woven felt in Material of PP, Polyester, Acrylic, P84, PTFE, Nomex (Aramid), PPS, etc Weightness: 100GSM to 3000GSM.
5. Spunbond non Woven in material of PP, Polyester, or PP/PE bicomponent.
Weightness: 10GSM to 280GSM.
Be able to be pleated, and to be made cartridges.
And Widely used for packaging.
6. Filter bags in various material.
