Usually, when the industrial dust accumulate to certain extent (explosive limit), in case of static sparks or external ignition or other factors, it's easy to lead explosion or fire accident. When the weather is dry, it's easy to accumulate statics causing by the friction and the voltage even can reach to 10 kv, which brings a big threat to the industrial production. According to this work condition, our company composited several conductive fibers to our product, making the product with the function of anti-static which can eliminate lots of the charge in the bag filters.
PET anti-static needle felt is made of PET staple fiber based on the PET woven cloth with conductive fiber. The surface of this product is neat and smooth after certain finish treatment such as heat setting, singeing, calendaring or coating. It has the advantages of good electrical conductivity, high air-permeability, long working life. It is widely used in working conditions of high dust concentration such as cement, wood processing, grain, textile etc.

Installation procedure
Description:Our company mainly researches and develops hi-tech filter, dust removal products and gradually develop other comprehensive environmental protection projects as sewage treatment and garbage treatment.

Standard length: Up to 500 m (1650 ft. )
Material Structure: High tencity polyester yarn, circular woven in plain weave, one side polyurethane-coating, for maximumair permeability on the uncoated side, specially designed for good air transport.
4. Needle punched non woven felt in Material of PP, Polyester, Acrylic, P84, PTFE, Nomex (Aramid), PPS, etc Weightness: 100GSM to 3000GSM.
5. Spunbond non Woven in material of PP, Polyester, or PP/PE bicomponent.
Weightness: 10GSM to 280GSM.
Be able to be pleated, and to be made cartridges.
And Widely used for packaging.
6. Filter bags in various material.
Thread Sewing or Welding. Standard size #1#2#3#4 or your special size.
